REVIEW: Chase Me (Broke and Beautiful #1) by Tessa Bailey

Roxy is a struggling actress who finds herself at Louis’ door doing a singing telegram courtesy of his last one night stand. After an impromptu kiss, the chase is on.

The title says it all here. All the way to the end, Louis is trying to catch Roxy.

Roxy gave good banter and sass, but her on and off feelings for Louis gave me a headache. In the midst of the chase, Louis and Roxy do stop to have some delicious, panty-melting sexy time. Not surprisingly, Chase Me doesn’t disappoint in that department.

Not my fave offering from Ms. Bailey, but Chase Me was a cute and humorous novella nonetheless.  I wished there was an epilogue as I felt the ending was rushed and abrupt. Lastly, I enjoyed the supporting characters — Louis’ friends and Roxy’s roommates; thus, look forward to their books to come.
